Grafitti

Grafitti is crime as art.

Throughout New York City (and elsewhere of course) you will see the marks of vandals or graffiti artists. No matter your view of the person holding the spray can, there is no doubt the result often grabs your attention and adds character to a door, a wall, or a street.
